Electric - locomotive Re 484 SBB Cargo

Electric locomotive 484 011 of the Schweizerische Bundesbahnen (Swiss Federal Railways, SBB), rented out to the SBB Cargo business unit. ■ Finely detailed design with many separately attached plug-in parts ■ Design with snow plough on the chassis ■ First model to feature the PluX22 interface ■ With four pantographs for travelling between Italy and Switzerland ■ Switchable headlight/tail light with DIP switch The Re 484 011 rolled out of the workshop in October 2021 complete with the slogan “Gut auf der Schiene – gut fürs Klima” (Great on the rails - great for the climate). The same message is applied to the opposite side in the French language. The depiction of the map of Switzerland with rail freight traffic passing through the middle symbolises the large increase in transport through Switzerland.
